Lighted Sailboats Return to Carroll Creek on 11/18 in Downtown Frederick, MD

The captivating fleet of sailboats enjoyed by thousands each year, will be re-launching on Saturday November 18, per STTWS (Sailing Through The Winter Solstice) Sailing Through The Winter Solstice was founded in 2016 to raise funds for local charities and bring beauty to Carroll Creek.
