🐶 Dog Halloween Parade (Hosted by Francis Scott Key Lions Club)— the 4th Annual ‘Canines on the Creek’ event features a dog parade and Halloween costume contest for dogs and owners. At the Carroll Creek Linear Park amphitheater in Downtown Frederick on Saturday, Oct 28, 2pm-5pm Rain or Shine
