6th Annual Canines on the Creek:
Strut your mutt at our annual celebration of dogs in kooky get-ups. This Halloween costume contest and parade around Carroll Creek is sure to delight kids of all ages.
Exhibitors, demos and prizes, too! All proceeds benefit Leader Dogs for the Blind and other Lions Club’s charities. Event is free to watch — just bring some canned dog food to donate!

Halloween in Downtown Frederick:
Halloween in Downtown Frederick is great for families and kids of all ages! Costumes are encouraged, though not required. Trick-or-treat at all your favorite downtown businesses (while supplies last) and enjoy some “ghoulish fun” with kid-friendly activities.
