Get ready for wagging tails and spooky smiles! The annual “Strut Your Mutt” Halloween celebration returns to Carroll Creek Park on Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, bringing together costumed canines and their proud owners for a festive afternoon of fun.

The event features a lively dog costume contest and parade along Carroll Creek and Market Street, along with exhibitors, demos, and prizes. Families and pet lovers of all ages are invited to enjoy the spectacle — admission is free, but attendees are encouraged to bring canned dog food donations to support Leader Dogs for the Blind and other Lions Club charities.
