A bold new development could soon reshape Carroll Creek, right at the corner of S East St and E All Saints and next to the Delaplaine Arts Center.

The 7-story mixed-use project known as The Galleria includes:
🏢 235 apartments
🛍️ 13,500 sq. ft. of retail
🚗 317 parking spaces (including 2 underground levels)

At a recent meeting, Planning Commissioners discussed parking, retail access, and how the public will interact with the space. The project is within the Historic Preservation & Carroll Creek overlays. Level I design was already approved, final design details are still to come.

The developer is also pledging $235K toward park improvements and plans to activate parts of Carroll Creek Linear Park with outdoor dining and new plantings.

No official decisions yet, The Galleria will return for site plan approval soon. Stay tuned for more updates!
