A new 5-story, 106-unit multi-family building is set to to be built at 404-420 E Patrick St in Downtown Frederick, MD. The project, located along Carroll Creek (in between East Patrick Street and Wisner Street) was approved by the City of Frederick’s Planning Commission at a planing meeting on Monday, October 14th, 2024.

The new development will combine six existing lots into a single parcel and will include a private parking garage and bike storage for residents. While an anticipated construction timeline has not yet been released, additional details about the project are expected to be shared in the future.
