A new Target store is being proposed for the upcoming Northgate Crossing shopping center in Frederick, according to the property’s site plans. This would make it the second Target location in Frederick, joining the existing store at 5437 Urbana Pike.

The development, located at the southwest and northwest intersection of US Route 15 (Catoctin Mountain Hwy) and Christophers Crossing, is a 35+ acre property on the north side of the city.

A new interchange at Christophers Crossing and US Route 15 will be constructed to provide direct access to the shopping center, according to the property brochure. Additional details will be provided as they become available.
