Frederick County Fire & Rescue (FCDFRS) responded to a two-story single-family home located at the 1500 block of Havilland Pl in Frederick around 5:25 am with fire showing through the roof, according to FCDFRS in an update. All occupants were accounted for.

Red Cross was requested for one individual. The fire was reported out around 5:45 am, crews remained on site to perform overhaul and hit hotspots. Fire Marshal arrived to the scene to investigate.
