The former Fredericktowne Mall site, a historic anchor along Frederick’s ‘Golden Mile’, was purchased in 2017 for redevelopment and re-tenanting. Flexibly-sized spaces within the 560,000SF building are currently available for lease. The new project is anchored by Warehouse Cinemas which has taken a 40,000 SF lease at the site.

According to the District 40 Lease brochure; “Ideal tenant mix for District 40 include entertainment retailers such as a trampoline park, an indoor go kart track, a bowling alley, an arcade, an indoor skydiving facility, an indoor paintball arena, an indoor ropes course, billiards, a miniature golf course and casual dining such as draft houses, steak houses, & fast casual restaurants.”
