Delayed Post for March 19: A two vehicle collision that was reported shortly after 1PM on Sunday afternoon near E Patrick & N Wisner St resulted with one vehicle in Carroll Creek. All occupants had self extricated. Two patients were transported to a hospital and one patient refused transport, according to dispatch reports via The Frederick Scanner.
