Work continues on the new affordable senior living community. Back in January we let you know that construction was under way for “The Cascades of Frederick”, a 151 unit, 144,000-square foot affordable senior living community located at 360 Prospect Blvd, in Frederick, Maryland. • The $42 million project broke ground last August and is scheduled for delivery in the Fall of 2023, move-ins slated for November.
