Work is well underway for the Crestwood Manor development, located on property once owned by the family of Gov. Larry Hogan near Crestwood Blvd and New Design Rd.

Crestwood Manor will consist of three apartment buildings will offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units for a total of 120 units with 15 of the units being moderately priced dwelling units. This will be a development for all ages. The Hogan house (visible in the first image) will be renovated and turned into a clubhouse and office, according to the Crestwood Village HOA. The developer, Osprey Property Company, has also built Victoria Park in Walkersville.
