EastPark is an upcoming project coming to Monocacy Boulevard at E. Church Street & Schifferstadt Boulevard. Phase I of the project will consist of 309,160 square feet of high-bay tech/industrial and flex/R&D space. The Frederick City Planning Commission approved site plans for the project at a meeting back in July 2022.

The buildings will feature dock and drive-in loading with ample parking in a professional campus environment. Development plans also include a self-storage facility, retail spaces, and a convenience/fuel store.

Buildings A & B are scheduled to be delivered by Summer 2024, according to the St John Properties listing. More info will be provided as it becomes available.
